She has directed complex portfolios, managed stakeholder relationships, and supported high-impact community initiatives requiring financial oversight, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
Her professional background reflects strong capabilities in budget coordination, program evaluation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring. She brings a disciplined approach to resource stewardship, data-informed decision-making, and sustainable organizational growth. With extensive experience working alongside senior leadership and multi-agency partners, she understands the importance of fiscal integrity, transparency, and long-term strategic planning.
She is the Founder of Nalah Life Ministries, where she leads organizational development, financial planning, and operational governance to support women impacted by domestic violence.
In addition to her executive leadership, she is a contributing author, devoted wife, and mother, grounding her leadership style in resilience, clarity, and purpose-driven stewardship.
